No one enjoys getting an unexpected bill in the mail for dental expenses. For this reason, it is our policy to inform our patients their financial responsibilities up front, prior to beginning any dental procedures. As part of this commitment to our patients, all patients receive a diagnosis, a recommended treatment plan and a written estimate for the cost of our services. This critical information will allow you to chose the best option for your optimal dental health.
Our office accepts cash and most major credit cards as payment options. If you’re curious about whether your card will be accepted, we’re happy to answer any questions you may have if you give our office a call. Please note that if you would like to utilize our flexible financing options, you will need to let us know before your procedure. More information about these options can be found later on this page.
We also accept most major insurance plans, including:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO (DNOA)
- Cigna PPO
- Delta Dental PPO
- Delta Dental Premiere
- Delta Care USA
- Humana PPO
- MetLife PPO

We also accept Medicaid, CHIP, DentaQuest, and MCNA. We would be happy to file insurance claims on your behalf to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
It is our policy to ask for your co-pay when you check in for your appointment. Please be aware that the exact amount of your insurance benefits is dictated by your insurance company and your employer. Please contact your employer or your insurance company directly if you have more questions about your insurance benefits or your dental coverage.
Our helpful and knowledgeable team is always happy to help patients maximize their insurance benefit whenever possible. We can also assist you in expediently filing insurance paperwork by filling out claim forms and submitting them electronically from our office.
We send out monthly statements for any amount of your service which is not paid under your insurance plan. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and may be subject to interest penalties if not paid promptly.
We have partnered with two financing organizations:
CareCredit: This is a credit card that makes it easy to get dental care for you and your family when your insurance won’t cover it. Applying through their website is quick and easy. You can also use CareCredit to cover doctor’s appointments, optometrist bills, and other medical necessities. It will even cover medical bills for your pets!
Lending Club: Lending Club allows you to take out a personal loan to cover your medical expenses, including dental work. Applying takes only a few minutes and you will receive your loan in a matter of days. You’ll pay off the loan through fixed monthly payments that won’t increase over time.
Flexible Financing Options
We want to make every part of your dental experience as easy as possible. For your convenience, we offer flexible financing options with no interest on certain procedures. We have monthly payment options for orthodontic treatments and offer a 50% down payment option for crowns. Please discuss these options before your appointment to ensure that everything is squared away by the time the procedure occurs.
If you have any questions about financing, give our office a call. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
